Shipping Information

We ship orders within 24-48 hours of receipt.  We don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.  Please note: some orders may take longer to process if additional information is needed from you.  A follow-up email will be sent in those cases.


Every day on orders over $75.00! Additional fees apply for Express or Overnight shipping (where available).  Free standard shipping applies to orders shipping to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO addresses.  Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail.  Unfortunately, we cannot offer Overnight and/or Express delivery to these destinations.


We want you to love your purchase(s) from Under The Sun Boutique.  Should you decide you would like to return any part (or all) of your order, please contact us for a return label at  We accept new, unworn merchandise for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  After 30 days, you may return new, unworn merchandise for store credit.

Backorders & Cancellations

If an item is on backorder, we will notify you via email.  You will not be charged for backordered items.

Ordering & Payment

When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation that states your order number and an approximate order total.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Under The Sun e-gift cards.

E-Gift Cards

E-Gift cards may be purchased online and will be available immediately to print or will be available to email to your recipient (E-gift cards in USD only).

Sales Tax

North Carolina State sales tax will be applied to orders shipped/delivered to North Carolina addresses prior to check-out.
