Material & Care Guide:
The outer material of our Eco Chic bags are made up of 100% rPET material, which is recycled PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) material mainly coming from plastic bottles.
To ensure they are made from authentic rPET, we only purchase audited materials certified by GRS.
Eco Chic bags are safe to machine wash at low temperatures without damaging the fabric.
Plastic-based fabrics however, may release plastic microfibres into the water when washed; to minimise this we recommend washing your bags only when necessary, and to hand wash if possible. If using a washing machine, wash at 30°C or lower. Do not tumble dry.

A few items are only available for local Southend area delivery or 'click & collect' from our shop.
These tend to be large, heavy and or fragile items and will be marked as such on the relevant product pages.
Returns
- For any orders which have been damaged in transit, we must be informed within 48 hours of delivery. For any items deemed to be faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the product.
